Developers of the Narooma Retirement Village have scaled back their proposal to expand the facility to 60 units on the old Narooma Sporting and Services Club.

Aspects of the original plan were abandoned after nearby landowners and business people opposed any loss of parking or access.

The new plan will still see an underground car park built.
