A new cookbook soon to be released by Aveo’s Executive Chef, John Casey in conjunction with Nutritional Professionals Australia aims to empower the country’s seniors to keep cooking well into the future.
Live Life Cook features more than 50 easy to follow delicious and nutritious recipes including new takes on old classics as well as basic recipes for stocks and dips, cooking tips and tricks, menu planning plus much more.
John Casey began his professional career with a cooking apprenticeship at Melbourne’s five star Southern Cross hotel during which time he won a gold medal representing Australia at the Culinary Olympics in Germany.
For the past 30 years John has enjoyed working with celebrated chefs in many renowned hotels, private clubs and luxury restaurants including the Irish Michelin starred Park Hotel in Kenmare, Kerry. This has nurtured his passion for innovation in food quality and nutrition.
The title is expected to hit bookshelves this month.
