KeyInvest and Environmentally Sustainable Developments (ESD) have collaborated on a new environmentally friendly 86 home retirement village in the South Australian town of Victor Harbor.

The new village is to be located in award winning residential development, Beyond Today and will have a minimum 7 star energy rating offering solar energy, solar hot water and underground rainwater tanks.

"This retirement village development raises the sustainability bar within the
retirement living industry." KeyInvest's Managing Director Ian Campbell said.

"This project will be unique - we don't believe the setting will ever be repeated in Australia," Steven Wright of ESD said. "Over 64 hectares of protected wetlands and native vegetation with pedestrian paths and direct access to the beach are some of the rare attractions available at this new retirement setting."

The first home is expected to be ready by Spring 2011.

For further information about the village contact John Adcock, KeyInvest, on 0427 703 271 or go to the Beyond Today website.
