Minda Incorporated – the South Australian not for profit organisation which has been providing care and support to people with intellectual disability for more than 115 years, has just launched pre-sales for its 48 apartment village development called The Brighton Dunes.

Over 300 potential residents attended its launch on Tuesday. Minta owns the 28 ha site on the beach and has incorporated the village as part of its master plan. The village will be a three level development.

It is being sold by Phil McMahon Real Estate. Brand Partners did the marketing development.
