The Mark Moran Group has revealed that it has purchased 10 homes in a new health and residential development close to Sutherland Hospital.

The Group, which specialises in boutique developments, is planning to build a new precinct designed for ‘ageing in place’ on the site which is zoned for high-rise buildings with medical facilities at low levels and apartments above.

Mark Moran Group is one of the most highly awarded village operators in Australia, with an array of local and international awards to their name.

Their latest development, Mark Moran Vaucluse, opened earlier this year and is billed as Australia’s first ‘six-star’ retirement village.

With 176 retirement and aged care units plus 14 dementia units, its luxurious facilities include a 1500sqm rooftop garden, a private indoor cinema, rehabilitation centre with full physiotherapy team, luxury spa, infra-red spa, 25-metre swimming pool and gym.
