Serene Living is a new, six story retirement village under construction in the heart of Tweed Heads.

It is anticipated that Glenzeil Construction will complete works in May 2014.

Owner Fenton Norrie is pleased with progress this far and believes Serene Living will be a much sought after address.

"It's a good product and a good location," he said.

In addition to a large gym and swimming pool, the retirement village will feature a rooftop garden and medical facilities.
