Coming to the end of construction of his first retirement village, the 132 unit Walka Grange at Aberglaalyn, Newcastle  (NSW) developer Paul Unicomb has announced a new 450 unit village to be built at East Maitland – 10 km away. It will be called Hunter Grange.

Walka Grange is a very traditional retirement village but was built and sold in approximately 4 years. Paul Unicomb obviously has great confidence in the area – there are 12 retirement villages within a 6 km radius of Maitland.
