One of Armidale’s most reputable retirement villages, the Newling Gardens Retirement Village, celebrated the refurbishment of their community centre on Saturday May 27th, with a grand opening that welcomed members of the public to enjoy morning tea with village residents and experience the village’s ambient surrounds.

Marking the start of a new era for Newling Gardens Retirement Village, which now also is offering brand new villas for potential new residents, the upgraded community centre features a heated pool, commercial kitchen, and games area.

Newling Gardens Village Manager, Sharron Chappell, said the centre will be of huge benefit to the friendly and welcoming village.

“We are all very excited about the opening of the new community centre,” Ms. Chappell said.

“It will be a place for residents to meet, entertain, enjoy activities, and be a part of the wonderful community we have here at the village.”
