Small-scale retirement living specialists, Oak Tree Group, have announced this month that the construction of the Oak Tree Retirement Village in Kingston, Tasmania, is nearing completion with the development set to be completed by the end of 2017.

The Australian retirement village provider, that has been operating for over 10 years, stated that nearly all planned villas in the community are already under deposit. This fact is further cemented by high residential demand in the Kingston vicinity, with homes selling quickly in the local area.

As the Kingston region is fifteen minutes south of Hobart, it remains one of the Tasmania’s fastest growing regions.

The village itself is touted to be one of the most picturesque within the Oak Tree collection, featuring stunning views across valleys to Mount Wellington. Residents are assured to enjoy the aspect of snow-capped ridges from the comfort of their new homes or the Village Centre.
