The 160-bed Karingal Green aged care home will be built by the family-owned operator at High Wycombe, 18km from the Perth CBD.

Hall & Prior themselves have invested $5M in the project. The rest of the funding will be coming from a $12M zero real interest loan from the Federal Government, plus $37M in senior debt from National Australia Bank and $8.7M from a local third party investor.

The new facility will include eight beds for residents aged under 60 who need 24/7 care. They will provide home care to another 150 people in the community.

Started in 1992 by Michael Hall and Graeme Prior, Hall & Prior has expanded from a single facility to 24 nursing homes across WA and NSW.
