Living Gems Lifestyle Resorts’ PVAP and Singaporean company Thakral’s TCAP Partners have announced the brand ‘GemLife’ will be used for the resort-style communities being developed under its joint partnership known as GTH Resorts JV.
They have also released their first homes at Bribie Island, 80km north of Brisbane, and Highfields near Toowoomba, priced from $360,000 to $575,000.
When complete, their GemLife Bribie Island site will have 404 homes on 24.9ha, while GemLife Highfields will have 233 homes on 9ha. Their first residents are expected to move in by mid-2017.
A third 11ha site in NSW will have 210 homes when approved for development in the first quarter of this year.
GTH also confirmed it has set up seven project companies and contracted three development sites for around 800 homes, with contracts being negotiated on three more sites.
