Kate Gilmour has been appointed by the NZ-owned village operator to its newly-created National Services Manager role, and will oversee the roll-out of care and support services at its 27 villages following a successful Central Coast pilot.

Previously the Executive Home Care Manager at Adventist Senior Living, Ms Gilmour worked with Integrated Living, opening up 16 home care locations across NSW.

“It’s been amazing to see such passion from the whole RetireAustralia team in getting care services up and running,” Kate said.

RetireAustralia’s General Manager of Care and Operations, Brigid London, said the appointment shows the company’s dedication to care services.

“Our emerging new home care services are picking up pace in our pilot villages at the Central Coast,” she said.

“Kate will be responsible for continuing this development across the portfolio and for developing frontline teams.”
