The $70 million Beaumaris Beach Village Precinct in Iluka, in Perth’s northern suburbs, is waiting to be approved by Council and will be a joint project between Perth-based developer OP Properties and the Brightwater Care Group.

The three- to four-storey development would feature independent living units, apartments and basement parking, plus a café, restaurants and retail on O’Mara Boulevard.

It’s the second village for Brightwater in the area and CEO Jennifer Lawrence says additional in-home care will ensure people feel secure and connected to the community.

“We’re confident it will enhance and promote community integration for our residents, at a time of life when people are taking a step back from work and wanting to lead a more relaxed, community-oriented life,” she said.
