Buried in the transcripts of the Retirement Village Public Briefing of the QLD Gov. Housing Committee is a comment by Mark Francis, Exec. Director of Policy, that there are 317 retirement villages registered in QLD, with 26 new entrants in the past three years. QLD accounts for 30% of all retirement villages so this equates to 24 villages a year nationally. Remember, as a sector we have a 97% satisfaction rating by the 10,600 residents surveyed by our McCrindle Baynes Village Census 10 months ago.

RVA CEO, Andrew Giles, and Andrew MacIntosh of Aveo represented the Operators in the Review while Les Armstrong of the ARQRV represented the residents.
