On August 23rd, retirement living group St Ives officially opened their newest community, St Ives Carine.
In attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony was Chairman of St Ives’ Board of Directors and RAC Councillor Dalton Gooding, along with Group Chief Executive Officer of RAC Terry Agnew, Chief Executive of Hawaiian Group Russell Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer of St Ives Retirement Living John Ford, and local member for Parliament Tony Krsticevic.
The event drew distinguished guests along with new residents of the St Ives Carine village, many of whom who were arriving for the first time to the village, to tour the community upon its inauguration.
The village itself includes 165 deluxe apartments and penthouses, and also includes an on-site al fresco restaurant and generous facilities, including a library, bar, and impressive health pavilion housing a pool and gym.
Deputy Executive Director of the Property Council Alix Rhodes was invited to attend the opening of the much anticipated new retirement village.
“St Ives Carine sets a new benchmark in luxury living for retirees. The village provides residents with a central location, stunning setting, well-designed architecture, and interiors as well as first class amenities.”
“The size of the apartments, a minimum of 90sqm, creates a spacious feel, while still embracing one of the biggest benefits of apartment living, the low-maintenance and convenience.” Ms Rhodes says.
