On 4 July, hundreds of Brisbane seniors gathered for the grand unveiling of Aura Holdings Kingsford Terrace retirement village’s second stage of development, ‘Duporth’.

Accompanied by Kingsford Terrace resident, Val Donovan, Lord Mayor Graham Quirk, performed the grand opening announcing Duporth “officially open”.

A number of ex-students from the Ladies of Duporth Private School from which the building took its name were also in attendance.

Designed by O’Neill Architecture and built by McNab Constructions the Duporth building features 53  one-, two- and three-bedroom independent living apartments and boasts state-of-the-art community facilities including a café, heated pool, wine room and much more.

Apartments at Kingsford Terrace retirement community are selling quickly from $395,000.
