The display unit will be open for viewing from 5 December at the Newport retirement village, which is part of Stockland’s new $590 million community being built on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
When complete, the village will feature 125 two- and three-bedroom apartments across two six-storey buildings linked by a central landscaped podium.
Newport Retirement village offers a seaside lifestyle whilst still close to Brisbane city and offers easy access to shopping, dining and professional services.
Construction is underway with completion due for August-October 2019.
The apartments will be priced from $449,000.
