The leading retirement living operator announced it has formed national partnerships with five home care providers – Five Good Friends, Home Instead Senior Care Port Macquarie & Mid North Coast, RDNS HomeCare, St Ives Home Care and Nextt Group – to helps its over 11,000 residents stay in their villages for longer.
Each partner will offer residents personalised guidance through assessments, case management and package management requirements for both government funded and private fee-for-service options. They will also offer private home or village consultations to speak to residents as well as provide a special rate or optional extras exclusively for Stockland residents.
Stephen Bull, Group Executive and CEO of Retirement Living, said that while their residents can choose any home care provider they wish, Stockland wants to go the ‘extra mile’ for its residents.
“We have taken the time to source reliable and trustworthy partners to provide the best options, at the best price for all of our residents,” he said.
“Our chosen partners have more than 200 years’ experience between them in providing home-care services to Australians.”
“The very best retirement communities are socially-inclusive and connected. As an industry and as a society, when we get it right the benefits are clear for all to see and experience, most importantly for retirees themselves living a healthy and independent life.”
The new care partnerships are an extension of Stockland’s free Benefits+ program which was launched in 2015 and is available to all current and new residents.
