The modern aged care home with 106 single bed rooms with ensuites plus 4 respite beds has been highly sort after by a number of buyers, all keen to grow their total beds under management to generate economies of scale. Estia is targeting growth of nearly 50% over the next 5 years to 10,000 beds nationally.
