The first village to be developed by partners James Robinson, John Leo and Adam Somerville (pictured), The Arbour, was recognised with the Property Council of Australia 2014 Innovation and Excellence Awards - Best Retirement Living Development, on Saturday night.

It has been a 10 year journey with construction commencing in 2008. They have however built and sold 80 of the 113 planned units and hold 30 deposits. The Arbour Retirement village is located in Berry, two hours south of Sydney.
