Innovative retirement village provider The Village Group opened the doors to their newest property, The Village Yeronga, on July 15th to a reception of intrigued future residents.

The vertical village located just south of Brisbane recently announced the completion of a penthouse situated in the fifth building of the complex, and it was featured on the day alongside their two most popular residential designs: a display unit, and a refurbished apartment space.

The Village Yeronga’s units boast balconies with a minimum space of 18m2, generously-sized bedrooms, open plan living areas, modern bathrooms and ensuites, and modern gourmet kitchens. Their penthouse space, located on the 6th floor of buildings, promises amazing city views.

An initial 48 units were completed in the first stage of construction, with another 50 to be completed by November. Building 5 was marked by the operator as “the absolute final release of independent living units” within the village.
