The Not For Profit has proposed to build a four-storey residential building with 30 residential units, 18 two-bedroom units and 12 one-bedroom units on two blocks of land, a block from the Nowra CBD, 170km south of Sydney.

The accommodation will include 24 units for seniors’ living accommodation and disability housing and six units for affordable housing ranging in size from 51 to 96sqm.

The development is also across the road from Uniting’s Osborne aged care home, providing continuity of care for residents when they need more support.
