Melbourne-based property developer Hallmarc has seen strong interest for its new Avington Living village in Point Cook, 22km from Melbourne.

The first stage of 25 homes has sold out, with prices for the one- and two-bedroom homes varying from $245,000 to $370,000.

First to go were the larger two-bedroom with study homes and with the second stage of 34 homes now under construction, over 50 per cent have already been sold.

And Hallmarc are already well into planning for their next lifestyle community. Building will start in 2018 on a new village at their Elloura residential community at Lake Nagambie, north of Melbourne, with the homes aimed at retirees looking for a ‘tree change’ lifestyle.
