The 38-year-old Midland woman has been charged with five counts of aggravated common assault on the aged care resident.

The charges followed a police investigation into the incidents which allegedly took place at the aged care home at Midland in Perth between September 20 and October 3 this year.

She is due to appear before the local Magistrates Court on November 25.
