In another sign that serviced apartments are on the upturn, the not-for-profit provider Bethanie is expanding its existing Bethanie on the Park village at Menora with 48 new serviced apartments.

They will have either one or two bedrooms with a private lift lobby for each group of four apartments.

The apartments are priced from $450,000.

Menora is located about 5km from the Perth CBD. They have 24 retirement villages and aged care homes.
