This is our ‘special mention’. We met Jemma in Perth when she won that state’s award.

The remarkable point is that she was just 23 years of age when her peers and residents nominated her. With no formal training she took on the demanding role of a village manager and shaped it to her personality and ‘killed it’.

Since then she has been promoted again by Masonic Care to the manager of Forest Lakes, a big village that Masonic recently acquired. Masonic entrusted her to build the relationships with this new resident body. And she is.
