Sydney South Planning Panel has approved the Anglican Community Services development which will adjoin the existing retirement village on the edge of Woolooware Bay.

The project will involve 183 apartments, 48 high care rooms as well as community facilities, including a bowling green.

The council assessment report stated that “Overall, the proposed development will result in a significantly enhanced waterfront and make a positive contribution to the built form in this part of Woolooware Bay.”
