The latest stage of construction at Aveo Hunters Green at Cranbourne East is due to be completed this month after a further $20 million investment in the project to meet the demand of seniors gravitating to the popular retirement region.
The development will include 25 two- and three-bedroom Independent living units and will feature a community centre with billiards, lounge areas, library and beauty salon, bowling green, BBQ area and a men’s shed. Residents will have access to visiting health professionals for support and care services as and when required.
Cranbourne East, located 45km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, was named the second fastest growing suburb in 2017 and is considered the gateway to the Mornington Peninsular according to Aveo Group’s Executive Manager Angela Buckley.
Ms Buckley adds that as the wider community has come of age the original vision of the region as one of the state’s premier retirement locations has been achieved, with the residents of Aveo Hunters Green benefiting from that.
Aveo Hunters Green is well located across the road from the Hunt Club Village shopping centre and medical, dental and pharmacy services.
Independent Living Units are priced from $410,000 with the final two stages anticipated to be completed in early 2019.
