Australian retirement village operator Aveo has announced the final opportunity for potential residents to secure one of the highly demanded five-star properties at Peregian Springs retirement village in Queensland.

The newly-released final stage comprises of 34 brand new modern villas available in the well-established and vibrant retirement community. Aveo is hailing the opportunity as a ‘big point of difference in the retirement community’, as it is not often possible for retiree homebuyers to be offered the choice of brand new units in an established community.

To celebrate the completion of the $20 million final stage, an afternoon Champagne reception at Aveo Peregian Springs Country Club was held the past Saturday, 21st of October, with current residents and guests treated to an afternoon of fine beverages and plenty of entertainment.

The fun-filled event was a taste of what future residents at Peregian Springs can expect from their new community lifestyle, and guests Mary and Roger White were a testament to the village’s lively social atmosphere.

“Roger and I really enjoyed the Champagne and Swing event, loved the music which brought back heaps of memories,” said Mary.

“It was a great opportunity to meet new residents and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere that is in our Country Club. We look forward to many more.”
