Residents have started moving into the eight-storey Parkside at IRT Pioneer Place in central Wollongong with 66 of the 75 two- and three-bedroom apartments already sold and over 100 expressions of interest lodged for the remaining nine.

The community Not For Profit which began construction of the new eight-level independent living development in mid-2016 which is located next to the organisation’s existing Howard Court apartment building at the corner of Stewart and Kembla streets.

According to IRT their focus is on connected city living with private spaces for the residents and a café on the ground floor that will be open to the public.

Prices vary depending on the apartment and the pricing option chosen, but begin from approximately $500,000.
