Bethanie’s new 48 serviced apartment development at Menora has set a new standard for supported living.
Located on the doorstep of Yokine Reserve and within a stand-alone four-storey tower the development is adjacent to Bethanie’s existing village and beside their aged care facility which is in early development.
The one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments provide independence for the residents while offering a tailored level of support as needed.
Services include freshly cooked daily meals, built in health technology as well as weekly cleaning and laundry, removing some of the necessary everyday tasks that can become more difficult and prevent people from staying in their family home for longer according to Bethanie chief executive Chris How.
The apartments feature generous balconies and residents will have access to the Bethanie clubhouse, bar and entertainment area as well as library, wellness centre and gymnasium.
