Titled Southern Plus Realty, the real estate service is designed for people looking to move into an SCC retirement village or residential care facility but need to sell their family home at the same time.

SCC’s General Manager, Strategy, Jane O’Halloran says their goal is to remove a lot of the stress and provide a seamless one-stop shop service, assisting clients to sell their family home and organise the purchase of a retirement village home.

Adam Green, a licensed real estate professional with extensive experience in both traditional property and retirement village property will lead the Southern Plus Realty team.

This is a Western Australia initiative. St Ives Retirement Villages was the first operator in the country about 10 years ago to establish a real estate agency to facilitate the sale of family homes.
