Prospective residents are already coming to view the Willow Village Residential Park in Gympie, 160km north of Brisbane despite the fact marketing of the community hasn’t started yet – and construction of the first seven villas is still underway.

The park is owned by Nev and Adele Harrington, who developed a parcel of farmland they owned in the early 1990s which became the adjoining Willow Grove residential estate.

According to Mr Harrington their vision is to create the most friendly and affordable boutique retirement village in Queensland.

They clearly believe in their product with the couple planning to move into the first villa themselves.
