Lola Davison is enjoying her new life at Halcyon Greens and she has her granddaughter Sharni Hardcastle to thank for her move into the village at Pimpama on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
It was last year when Ms Davison was inspecting her granddaughter’s new block of land at Gainsborough Greens when she noticed Halcyon Greens taking shape nearby.
With Sharni just a three minute drive away and other family living in Helensvale Ms Davison realised Halcyon Greens was a perfect lifestyle solution.
The pair are enjoying increased time together and Ms Hardcastle feels reassured that her grandmother is living in a secure and social environment. “It’s great and so close, I can easily come over for lunch or take her to the shops at Helensvale,” she said.
Ms Davison said she was enjoying the strong sense of community at Halcyon Greens and is planning on getting a golf buggy to get around as the community grows.
Halcyon Greens which is surrounded by the golf course, natural wetlands, private open space and walking trails is located just minutes from the highly anticipated $470 million Westfield Coomera shopping destination which will feature two supermarkets, two department stores, 140 specialty shops, cinemas and a market-style fresh food precinct.
