For your safety, residents are provided with a personal pendant that can be activated in case of an emergency.  The alarm connects you to our on site care staff, who can assist or contact emergency services, a family member or friend according to your requests.

Cameron Glen offers a variety of accomodation options from fully self contained 1 bedroom villas through to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with double garage Villa.  We know the importance of companionship and welcome family pets

Purchasing at Cameron Glen Supported Living is stress free and simple:

*  A $1000 fully refundable holding deposit will secure your new home, whilst you ready the family home for sale

*  Stamp duty is not payable when moving in to Cameron Glen Supported Living Village

*  If you change your mind after occupation, residents are protected by a 90 day settling in period under NSW legislation.  Should you give notice in writing within the 90 day period, we will terminate your contract without penalty, refund your in-going contribution in full, less fair market rent for the time you were in occupation.

All residents pay recurrent charges.  These fees contribute towards the daily cost of operating the village.  It is important to know that Cameron Glen does not profit from these charges.  Costs covered by the Recurrent Charges include:
