Located in Mount Hutton, renowned for its scenic gardens and close proximity to Lake Macquarie Fair, Greenmount Gardens offers 34 beautifully appointed one and two-bedroom villas, with parking available. Residents can enjoy each other's company in a welcoming community room (soon to be completed). Although located directly opposite Lake Macquarie Fair, our village bus provides weekly transport for your convenience. At Greenmount Gardens, we understand the importance of companionship, and are proud to say we are a pet friendly village (at the discretion of village management).
