Our staff are able to assist you as much or as little as you need as discreetly and unobtrusively as we can.

A range of Basic Services are provided for you with a weekly recurrent charge. This charge covers maintenance, gardening of common areas, provision of a personal security system to each residence, staff on site during set hours Monday to Friday, all property insurance, council rates and water rates.

You are responsible for your telephone, electricity and contents insurance. You may choose to look after the gardens in your private courtyard or pay a little extra for our maintenance team to tend it for you.

The Grange is located on 2.7ha of beautifully landscaped semi-formal grounds, located on the south western side of Berry township.

The expertise and passion of our maintenance/ground staff is evident in the manicured gardens that greet you at The Grange.

Our avenues of hedged gardens are enhanced by the back drop of the Cambewarra Ranges and Berry Mountain.

Our Community Garden offers a space for reflection with a tranquil fish pond. The Garden Gazebo offers our residents an intimate place to relax with friends and the Putting Green invites those golfing enthusiasts to perfect their putting skills.
