BlueCare’s North Pine retirement village is all about peaceful, easy, affordable living in one of 14 low-set, fully self-contained units, each with a lock-up garage. A particular advantage of North Pine is the generous living space offered in each unit. Pets are welcome (on application).

Your village

Safety, security and peace of mind are paramount at North Pine, with a 24-hour emergency response service in each unit. Overall garden and property maintenance is included, along with rates and insurance, in a simple fortnightly charge. The garden setting with outdoor barbecue area is a feature of the village, which is also collocated with a BlueCare residential aged care facility.

Your lifestyle

Relaxation is the key. The village is close to the recreational havens of Lake Samsonvale, with its picturesque picnic sites, and the North Pine River, with its riverside reserves. A range of services and amenities is available nearby, including shopping, medical, dental – and even a couple of golf courses. North Pine is also just a short drive from historic Old Petrie Town, which is always a hit with visitors.
