The duplex-style units, most with study, have attached garage providing internal access. Never worry about maintenance: it’s included inside and out in a simple monthly charge.

The friendly village facilities range from a community centre with room for activities, gym equipment and a library, to the swimming pool and community garden. A Men’s Shed occupies the same grounds and is a popular hobby and meeting place. The village is just five kilometres from the BlueCare Wynnum residential aged care facility. What’s more, pets are welcome upon application.
