Built in 2001 and refurbished in 2018, Margaret Hubery House supports residents with high care needs and provides short-term respite accommodation for Rossmoyne’s aging community.
Catering for up to 65 residents, Margaret Hubery House features wide corridors, multiple lounge areas and spacious single rooms each with their own ensuite. Our home encompasses design features which are of particular benefit to residents with dementia and/or mobility challenges. These include wide hallways, movement sensor lighting within residents’ rooms and emergency call bells located throughout communal areas.
Residents can enjoy a variety of daily activities, such as entertainment, social activities and outings. We also offer aromatherapy, massage, music therapy and Pastoral Care support. In addition, there is a range of onsite amenities including a hairdressing salon and a peaceful chapel for quiet reflection and weekly mass services.
The established, colourful and leafy gardens in the internal courtyards provide the perfect setting for a walk or to sit and have a cuppa while enjoying the fresh air.
