Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) has just applied to council to develop the Cecil guesthouse in Lurline Street into 24 self-contained rooms at a cost expected to exceed $3.6 million.
The funding will see 33 independent living units and 66 high-care beds built at the campus-style Armstrong Village in Dunsborough, at the entrance to the Margaret River 254km south of Perth, and is part of a $13.1 million package to meet the seniors’ accommodation needs in regional WA.
