The NSW and ACT-based Not For Profit has received approval to rebuild its 65-unit Uniting Mayflower Westmead retirement village, 26km west of the CBD, with a 114-bed aged care facility and an as-yet-undecided number of independent living units.
Located in Ascot, 7km from Brisbane CBD and close to Queensland Golf Course and Brisbane International Airport the project will be developed over five stages.
